Return button compliant with EU Directive 2023/2673

EU Directive 2023/2673, which requires the installation of a return button, comes into force on June 19, 2026.

We offer an advanced returns module for Quick.Cart.Ext.

• Each order receives an additional UUID (Universal Unique Identifier) ​​visible in the order confirmation email. This is later used for customer verification and to prevent spam and errors.
• Simple returns procedure.
  The customer only provides two parameters in the returns form: email and UUID. (Based on these two parameters, the system will automatically find the order)
• Selection of products for return from the displayed order
  (the customer does not need to enter anything; they simply select the product and quantity to return from the list)
• Automatic email sent to the customer and admin with a generated returns number and a list of returned products
• Protection against attempted returns of already returned products
• Optional returns management in the administration panel (returns list, return information for orders, etc.)
